Cape Town Rocks the Peninsula (Cape of Good Hope) – full day

We will take you on a road trip to Hout Bay, Cape Point and Boulders Beach! Starting the morning with a visit to the Hout Bay Market which was an abandoned factory, nestled below Hangberg Mountain and overlooking Chapman’s Peak. We will drive along the picturesque Chapman’s Peak Drive through the Table Mountain National Park.

We will head to Cape Point at the tip of the Cape Peninsula is a World Heritage Site and home to varied flora (including fynbos); and fauna such as antelope, Cape Mountain Zebra, baboons and 250 species of bird. Catch the funicular of walk up the stairs to the lighthouse that has protected sailors traversing the Cape of Good Hope stormy seas between the Atlantic and Indian Oceans.Afterwards we proceed to Simonstown, a quaint seaside village for lunch and then visit the penguin colony at Boulders’ Beach.

Last but not least we visit Groot Contantia for sampling some spectacular wines at South Africa’s oldest wine farms.

Cape Town Rocks goes Winelands– full day

tours and activitiesWe will head out into the winelands for a day of tasting and fun. We will take you to three well known wine estates and we will give you plenty of time to explore. Learn more about the history, visit the wine cellars and of course do some wine tasting!

First stop will be Boschendal, where you will get your first wine tasting (included). There will be some time to explore the vineyards, restaurants and beautiful scenery. Next up is Babylonstoren. Babylonstoren is one of the oldest Cape Dutch farms. It has a fruit and vegetable garden of beauty and diversity, unique accommodation, fine food and wine, and a sense of wellbeing. You will have time to explore this wine estate by yourself. Enjoy a nice lunch or one of their famous platters, join another wine tasting or take a stroll through their garden.

Last stop of the day is Spice Route! Yet again a wine farm with a lot of different things to offer. We will start with a chocolate tasting (included) and afterwards you can choose what to do. They offer ice cream tasting, beer tasting and gin tasting! Take a walk around the farm or relax at their bistro soaking in the spectacular views!

Cape Town Rocks Hermanus roadtrip – full day! 

We head out today towards Hermanus along the iconic Clarence drive. We take our time taking in views of False Bay and the mountain ranges. 

We will drive through many small towns where most local Capetonian head over for the festive season. We will take our time with absolutely no rush, so plenty of time to take some scenic photos.

We will arrive in Hermanus where you can optional join a whale watching tour (seasonal), kayak trip or go horseback riding.  For guests not joining any optional activities, we will spend some time in the city centre enjoy the markets and the vibe this little town has to offer. Enjoy a lunch while looking over the beautiful ocean or take a long walk along the coast. 

After a couple hours we will head back to cape town but we will make a pit stop to see the beautiful penguins in Betty’s Bay.

We will take our time and head back to the cape stopping at several viewpoints once again to catch the sunset.

Cape Town Rocks Township tour – full day

Let’s head to the township. The experience that ends off in the heart of Khayelitsha.

We will start in the CBD where you will be collected by locals for the day. You will start off at District Six, a well known area for the South-African history.. The locals will explain everything to you and don’t be shy to ask as many questions as you can. 

Afterwards you will make your way through many small informal settlements where the guide will tell you more about the different areas, cultures and more! You will visit one of the homes in Khayelitsha and you can try some traditional local beer and experience a real braai!

Cape Town Rocks gets active – full day

tours cape town Get ready for a day of being active and outdoors! We will head to the well known Atlantic Dunes to experience some quad biking! A thrilling activity since some of the dunes are extremely high! This will be an one hour trip through the dunes.

Afterwards we will head to Big Bay, Blouberg! Here you will have time to have some lunch while enjoying the great views of Table Mountain! After lunch we will go surfing, let’s see how talented you are! This is also an one hour lesson, board, wetsuit and a surfing teacher is all included in the price.

Afterwards you will probably be pretty tired so let our driver let you drive back to Cape Town easily.

Day tours cape town south africaDuring this trip we will take you a little outside Cape Town. We will start at an Ostrich Farm where you will have a guided tour. You get to feed the ostriches and even get to sit/ride on them if you are keen! Learn more about this beautiful creatures where South Africa is filled with.

Afterwards, time for some action! We will take you paintballing on one of the coolest locations in Cape Town! 100 balls are included but feel free to buy some more. We will have a leka braai and some drinks to end the day!
